1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sozimu cloud video processing platform ("Service") at sozimu.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. FABTECH SOFTWARE INC., located at 418 BROADWAY STE R ALBANY, NY 12207, New York, United States (Company Number: 6793688, EIN: 92-3393196) ("Sozimu," "we," or "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Service Description
Sozimu provides cloud-based video processing services including, but not limited to, video format conversion, video compression, and AI-powered video enhancement. The Service is accessed through our website and processes video files uploaded by users on remote servers.
3. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
● Upload content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights;
● Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or obscene;
● Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service infrastructure;
● Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond normal API usage;
● Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization;
● Circumvent usage limits, quotas, or access controls.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its interface, algorithms, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of FABTECH SOFTWARE INC.. You retain full ownership of any video content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, temporary license solely to process the file as requested. We do not claim any rights to your content.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free-tier usage is subject to daily processing limits as displayed on the platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Japan.

7. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sozimu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
