Subscription Refund Policy

Sozimu offers a cloud-based video processing service on a subscription basis. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed.

Free Tier

Sozimu provides a free tier with daily processing limits so you can evaluate the Service before purchasing. We strongly recommend testing with your actual video files to confirm the Service meets your needs before subscribing to a paid plan.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided:

1. The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date.

2. You have experienced a reproducible technical issue (e.g., repeated processing failures, output quality significantly below specification) that our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

3. You were charged for a duplicate subscription by mistake.

4. Your account was charged after a failed cancellation attempt due to a platform error.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

1. The request is made after the 7-day refund window has expired.

2. You have successfully used the Service to process video files and the output met the described specifications.

3. The issue is caused by unsupported file formats, corrupted source files, or factors outside Sozimu's control.

4. You request a refund for features that are not advertised or included in your subscription plan.

5. Renewal charges — you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but renewal payments already processed are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

1. Your account email address and order/transaction ID.

2. A description of the issue you experienced, including any error messages or screenshots if applicable.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
